Finding your word is an empowering exercise.

It’s a powerful daily reminder of what you want to actively focus on or manifest every day.

Your word is what you want to remind yourself for this chapter of your life, whether it’s a few weeks or a few years.

Start with a question

  • What is a goal of yours?
  • What brings you joy?
  • What do you want to improve about yourself?
  • What makes you feel alive and like your true self?
  • What is a quality or virtue you want more of in your life?

  • What are you most passionate about?

  • What is your mission in life? 
  • What do you admire about people in your life?
  • What will help you overcome your challenges?

Develop ideas

  • What is holding you back from achieving the answers in the first step?
  • What word would provide a daily reminder to help you achieve what you seek?
  • Example: If you want to start your own business and want to overcome doubts, you could choose a word like BELIEVE, COURAGE or IGNITE.
  • Example: If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you may choose something like BREATHE, STRENGTH or FAITH.

Identify your Word
